Made by Maison LE PAULMIER , an artisanal vinegar factory nestled between the Camembert and Livarot valleys, in the heart of Normandy, this apple Balsamic is a rich, fruit-led and gently syrupy alternative to traditional grape-based balsamic vinegar.

Used in professional kitchens, including Michelin-starred restaurants and by mixologists to bring acidity and character to cocktails.

Made from sweet and bittersweet apples it’s excellent for dressings, sauces and reductions, deglazing, using on roasted vegetables, meat and game dishes, cheese, desserts and cocktails.
