A great flavour booster especially if you are looking for real Texas-style smoked flavour without using the actual smoker. Can be used on meat or vegetables and meat alternatives. Add a few dashes to marinades, sauces, baked beans, dips, seafood, eggs, or poultry – to create instant campfire warmth. We love using it to make mock smoked salmon using carrots!
