Thanks to its high smoke point, ghee is incredibly versatile. (Think vegetable oil, but with and nuttier flavour) You can use it to sauté, roast, and even fry.
Cooked in small batches to remove all the water, lactose and casein and to ensure quality and taste. Made only with UK organic butter.
