A mix of pitted fruity Kalamata and spicy green Konservoeliá organic olives. Hand harvested and then naturally cured for 6 months they’re then seasoned with MANI extra virgin olive oil, salt and aromatic oregano. The Olives are then vacuum packed in the jar so are not sat in olive oil or brine, making them ready use straight from the jar allowing the gorgeous olive flavours to really sing.
