Recipe: Mumma Scoop’s Super Muesli Flapjack



  • 300g Butter
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 3 large tablespoons golden syrup
  • 300g super muesli
  • 300g of oats
  • 50g desiccated coconut
  • 50g ground almonds


  1. Melt the butter, sugar and syrup slowly in a pan on a low/medium heat.
  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Put into a greased baking tin and bake for 30 mins at 170 degrees,
  4. Remove and cool in tin, then slice into squares.
  5. They  will keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
