Recipe: Mumma Scoop’s Coconut Ice



  • 1 tin (397g) condensed milk
  • 400g icing sugar
  • 300g desiccated coconut
  • Red Food Colouring


  1. Mix all the ingredients together excluding the  food colouring. 
  2. Split mixture into two separate bowls and mix in food colouring to one bowl.
  3. Form each half into a rectangle and place on top of each other. 
  4. Put in fridge to chill for at least 2 hour and then cut into chunks.  Try not to devour all in one go!
