This organic wholewheat penne pasta from SUMA is produced in Italy using traditional methods by a co-operative bringing together over 300 member farms. The special extrusion process to create each pasta leaves a porous and rough surface which is great to hold onto to condiments like a rich tomato sauce or pesto. It’s produced using a slow drying process that uses 100% renewable energy and helps to preserve the nutrients and bring out the taste of the wheat.

Pre-packed in biodegradable and recyclable paper, sourced from sustainably managed forests. Printed with water-based ink and heat-sealing lacquers without solvents.
