These Thick Noodles are perfect for stir-fries, salads and curries. The noodles are firm and elastic and free from egg. Made to a traditional recipe, with premium ingredients, and manufactured to very high standards in the UK.
Sold by the nest – 1 nest is approx 180g and will serve 2 very generous portions
Cooking instructions: Place in a pan of boiling water for 8 -10 minutes, stir a couple of times during cooking. Drain & rinse with boiling water.
If using in a stir fry and cooking with other ingredients, boil for 6 minutes, drain & rinse before adding to pan.
