Polenta from Suma the largest equal pay worker co-op in Europe. Perfect as an ingredient in baking, grilling, or just served on its own. It can be baked, fried or grilled or try it sliced and served cold. Used in cakes instead of flour it can add a crunchy nutty texture.
To make Polenta just slowly pour 50g (per serving) of polenta into 250ml of boiling water, reduce the heat slightly and stir continuously until the mixture reaches the required thickness. Season to taste and serve.
