A flat pastry brush made in Germany by Redecker using untreated beechwood and natural horsehair.
A kitchen drawer essential it’s perfect for glazing pastries, brushing egg-wash or oil onto bakes, greasing tins or applying sauces to meat, fish of vegetables.
The natural bristles won’t deform when used in warm sauces or butter, unlike their synthetic counterparts and it means the brush will completely biodegrade at end of life.
