Cooking instructions: Cook in salted boiling water for 8-10 mins for al-dente pasta or for a creamier result cook like you would rice. 1/2 cup water to 1 cup orzo. Add 1/4 tsp salt, then the orzo and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and most of the water is absorbed, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cover and let stand an additional 2 minutes.
