Nut Roast mix – 400g

Serve up as part of a plant based roast or cook and enjoy cold sliced into sanwiches or over salad. This Nut Roast mix is a real treat.

To make two generous servings, add 200g of mix to 135ml of water, mix thoroughly and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Place in a small oiled tray, press down and cook for 20 minutes at 190–C or gas mark 5. Leave to stand for 5 minutes and then serve.

Ingredients:
Roasted peanuts (53%), oats (13%), sunflower seeds (8%), dried sweetened cranberries (6%) (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), sesame seeds (5%), dried onion, dried yeast, potato starch, tapioca starch, raising agent (calcium carbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid), stabiliser (methylcellulose), dried apple (1%), dried peppers, dried rosemary, dried thyme, tomato powder, salt, black pepper.
