Serve up as part of a plant based roast or cook and enjoy cold sliced into sanwiches or over salad. This Nut Roast mix is a real treat.
To make two generous servings, add 200g of mix to 135ml of water, mix thoroughly and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Place in a small oiled tray, press down and cook for 20 minutes at 190–C or gas mark 5. Leave to stand for 5 minutes and then serve.
