Frutteto Organic Cherry Jam – no added sugar

Made using handpicked, fully ripe, organic cherries sourced mainly from orchards local to Frutteto who are based in the Tuscan Hills near Florence.  Unlike more commercial methods which use high heat, Frutteto cook the fruit jams gently at a low temperature in small batches to preserve their fresh flavour, vitamins, minerals, fibre content and aroma. 

Frutteto, which means ‘orchard’ in Italian, specialise in making a range of lower sugar jams in Tuscany using only fruit and no additives, no preservatives, and no refined sugar.  This means they have double the amount of fruit compared with other jams.

Ingredients:

Wild cherries*, grape juice concentrate*, lemon juice*, gelling agent: fruit pectin. *Organic. Made with 100g of cherries per 100g of fruit spread. Contains naturally occurring sugars from fruit only
