Our organic fregola / fregula or giant couscous is great for salads and sides. A Sardinian pasta made from hard durum wheat flour it’s rolled, sun-dried, and toasted to a mix of shades of yellow, gold, and brown.
Cook like pasta in plenty of boiling water for 10-15mins until slightly soft. Drain and serve.
