Falcon Enamel Small Tray

The prefect size when cooking for one, this ice white and blue enamel Tray from Falcon is a great plastic-free alternative to non-stick baking trays. It fits easily in the dishwasher and can also be used as an office tidy, small serving platter or key tray.

Enamel is a great plastic free material for kitchenware and is exceptionally durable. The surface is completely free from synthetic non-stick coatings, PFAS, PTFE, and plastic microparticle release.

Made from porcelain fused onto heavy-guage steel making it durable, smooth, and chemical resistant. If dropped it may chip but will not break and is dishwasher safe and oven-safe up to 530F / 270C.

How to clean enamelware?
Use lemon juice or sodium percarbonate ( natural bleach ) to remove stains and soaking the products in warm soapy water will help remove baked on food. Avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes as this may scratch the surface. Coating pans in a light layer of oil before cooking can help with cleaning after use.

Can I still use it if it’s chipped?
As with all ceramics the outer porcelain layer can chip if dropped, revealing the steel beneath it. When this happens the steel below naturally oxidises and the enamelware remains safe to use and your item gains a little more character.
