These Brazilian beans work particularly well as an espresso or moka pot. With a lower altitude Brazilian coffee has lower acidity but compensates with deep chocolate and praline flavours. These beans come from the Cerrado, the youngest coffee growing area in the country covering around 1.2 million square miles of central Brazil. Making it the 5th largest coffee growing area in the world.
