Inspired by Korean street food and made in Dublin, this sauce blends gochujang, rice vinegar and garlic to deliver a tangy, funky flavour with approachable heat.
Ideal for: marinating meats, drizzling over rice bowls, eggs or on sandwiches.
Ingredients:
Gochujang (53.6%) [corn syrup, wheat flour, water, red pepper paste (red pepper powder, water, salt, garlic, onion), defatted soybean powder, salt, wheat, mixed rice powder (wheat), distilled alcohol (wheat, barley), flavour enhancer (E 621), koji], rice wine vinegar, soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt), inverted sugar syrup, cider vinegar, garlic, water, rapeseed oil.
