Botivo – Alcohol Free Aperitif – 50cl

Need something to kick start the long weekend? Why not try Botivo , the newest addition to our alcohol-free line-up.

This intensely refreshing aperitivo is hand -blended in small batches at Lannock Farm, Hertfordshire and takes 1 year to create. It has a powerful combination of five raw ingredients infused on a backdrop of aged, unpasteurised British apple cider vinegar, balanced with organic wildflower honey. Made with orange, wormwood and gentian, rosemary and thyme and sweet honey it has a wonderful bittersweet base, bursting with herbal and citrus notes.

To best way to enjoy is to pour a shot of Botivo over ice, top with soda or sparkling water and then add a wedge of orange, squeezed gently into the glass. It also pairs well with with tonic or other bubbles like ginger beer and grapefruit soda.
