The most versatile of the tofu types, firm tofu can be battered, fried, added to soups and stews, glazed, stir-fried, used as a sandwich filler or salad topper or to make spreads.
It’s a great meat-replacer and is high in plant-based protein. Just drain and pat the tofu dry before using.
