Made with Auntie Caroline’s special vinegar blend which she infuses with her own spice mix you won’t have tried any pickled eggs like these. After boiling these locally sourced, free range eggs to perfection Auntie Caroline peels them by hand. With a lovely tang, a hint of sweetness finished off with a gentle kick they are highly addictive. Perfect with fish and chips, a salad, or in a bag of crisps. Each jar contains five eggs.
Handmade in the Cotswolds by Auntie Caroline who started making pickled onions while living in Japan, as she was unable to find any that rivalled the english versions she was craving.
On her return to the UK she shared her creations with friends and was soon taking them to her local Butchers in Cirencester. Caroline still makes her pickles her kitchen in Cirencester but now supplies independent shops across the Cotswolds and further afield.
