Originally created to go with turkey, Auntie Caroline soon found out that this sharp and tangy chutney also taste fantastic alongside blue cheese. Not just for the Christmas lunch table after all.

Handmade in the Cotswolds by Auntie Caroline who started making pickled onions while living in Japan, as she was unable to find any that rivalled the english versions she was craving.
On her return to the UK she shared her creations with friends and was soon taking them to her local Butchers in Cirencester. Caroline still makes her pickles her kitchen in Cirencester but now supplies independent shops across the Cotswolds and further afield.
