Initialy made by Auntie Caroline as a joke she was surprised to find they actually tasted beautiful and are now a staple part of her seasonal range. if you like her other pickles then these have to be tried!
Handmade in the Cotswolds by Auntie Caroline who started making pickled onions while living in Japan, as she was unable to find any that rivalled the english versions she was craving.
On her return to the UK she shared her creations with friends and was soon taking them to her local Butchers in Cirencester. Caroline still makes her pickles her kitchen in Cirencester but now supplies independent shops across the Cotswolds and further afield.
INGREDIENTS Brussels Sprouts (lightly cooked), Cider Vinegar, White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), White Wine (Sulphites), Sugar (0.3% after draining). Vinegar contains Black Pepper, Mustard Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Bay Leaf. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. GLUTEN FREE.
