Packed with nutrients and all the protein and fibre you usually get with dried beans. Aduki or Adzuki beans give a sweet nutty favour to soups, stews and rice dishes. You can swettend them and use them to create a red bean paste so often used in in oriental cuisine.
To Cook: 1. Soak for 6-8 hours or overnight. 2. Rinse, add to saucepan and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour or until tender. 5. Drain and serve.
