NEW – we now offer national delivery plus Click and Collect from our Faringdon store

We’re excited to announce a very special new chapter of the Nourish series. This Autumn, we’re joining nutrition coach Jo Issa and chef Kate Foster (The Intuitive Chef) for a whole-day Eating Well, Living Well Masterclass at Sheepdrove Organic Farm, one of the Berkshire Downs’ very best-kept secrets and the perfect backdrop for a day of slowing down.

This event embodies everything our previous Nourish gatherings have stood for, but with more space and time to breathe. It’s a day built around simple, evidence-based changes to food and lifestyle that can genuinely improve how you feel, explored not through lectures but through guided nature walks, hands-on demonstrations, and a long table feast shared with new friends.

Friday 18th September 2026, 10am–4pm

Rooted in the farm
Sheepdrove’s 2,000 acres are a working example of what sustainable, regenerative farming looks like at scale, and that’s exactly why we chose it. Throughout the day, Jo and Kate will use seasonal, locally sourced produce and wholefoods (including ingredients from our own Tribe Zero-Waste shop) to create dishes designed to nourish and inspire, while exploring the deeper link between where our food comes from and how we feel.

What to expect
The day opens with a nutrition masterclass, exploring how what you eat, how you move, how you connect with others, and how you rest are all deeply intertwined. You’ll leave with simple, evidence-based food and lifestyle changes you can fold into everyday life.

From there, it’s hands-on. You’ll get stuck into bread making, blending locally grown and milled flour with herbs picked fresh from Sheepdrove’s physic garden, learning about the culinary and medicinal properties that make these plants so valuable. Jo and Kate will bring the morning’s masterclass to life in the kitchen with a relaxed cooking demonstration, showing just how delicious and nourishing seasonal, whole food can be.

Then, we’ll all sit down together for a spectacular autumnal long table feast created by Kate, a meal that brings the whole day’s philosophy to the table.

To round things off, there’s time for a guided stroll along one of Sheepdrove’s walking tracks with resident Organic farming expert Sophia Lysaczenko. Take in and learn about the wildflower meadows, ancient woodland and visit the wildlife pond and lake. If you’re feeling brave there will even be an opportunity to take a dip. Either way, you’ll finish the day with a cosy brew and freshly baked cake, feeling relaxed, restored, connected, and inspired, with plenty of time spent in nature, away from busy culture, reconnecting with natural light, movement, slowness, and each other.

Nourishing refreshments
Alongside supplying ingredients, we’re partnering with fellow Faringdon business Kickstand Coffee to keep everyone nourished between sessions, so there’s always something warming to enjoy while you connect with the space and the people around you.

Keeping it intimate
We’ve capped this special day (the only one of its kind running in 2026) at a maximum of 20 people, to keep things intimate and intentional, with real space for conversation and connection that’s hard to find at larger events. Early booking is recommended. Come with a friend, or come on your own, either way you’ll quickly feel at ease with us at Sheepdrove.
